XISD was born to be different from traditional agencies. Here, I listen before I propose. I dig into the client’s real needs, and when something is outside my area (like visual identity, for example), I bring in expert partners. That’s the whole idea behind the hub: bringing good people together to deliver great work.
Today, more than offering a service, I connect with each project. I like to understand the business, the moment, and even the client’s chaos — because that’s often where the opportunity to build something real lives.
This is the way I found to do digital with clarity, lightness, and intention. No magic formulas. No flashy promises.

How It All Started...
Back when I was applying for college, my criteria for choosing a degree were simple: I wanted to work with something that had real impact, in a relaxed environment, where I could be creative.
I found my place in the Advertising and Marketing program, and realized I could work in many different areas — if I wanted to. In 2014, I started my studies at Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas, and that was the turning point in both my personal and professional growth.
That’s where I got involved in events, fairs, workshops — everything I could. I learned how to express myself, defend my ideas, handle tight deadlines, and work with people who were completely different from me.
College didn’t just shape me — it showed me that yes, it’s absolutely possible to build a career that’s creative, hands-on, and full of personality. And I embraced that with everything I had.

To tell you how the idea of creating this hub came to life, I need to give you a bit more context — and briefly share my journey. It took a lot of freelancing to get here, along with amazing and exciting projects, and incredible places I had the chance to work in. Each of them inspired me and pushed me to get to where I am today.
Me formei em 2018 e, desde então, nunca parei de estudar, porque no digital, se manter atualizada é questão de sobrevivência.
Minha carreira começou em agências de publicidade e durante essa trajetória, lidei com muita gente despreparada no mercado. Não que eu me ache a melhor do mundo, mas com 8 anos de experiência, a maioria fuçando, aprendendo na marra e buscando suporte onde ninguém ensinava, sei que tenho bagagem. E quem confirma isso são os meus próprios clientes, que seguem confiando no meu trabalho todos os meses.
Já atendi contas de todos os tamanhos, ganhei o prêmio Galo de Prata na categoria de Mídia de Performance Digital quando trabalhei na Agência Nezz, e continuo me surpreendendo com o tanto que ainda tem pra aprender. Mas se tem uma coisa que acredito de verdade é que o básico bem feito, com atenção e consistência, funciona, e funciona muito.
